Mizuna (aka Japanese Mustard) has a mild flavour. Use micro-mizuna as garnish for meat or raw fish dishes like sashimi. It can also be used as a milder substitute for mustard in micro salads and a great topping for pasta dishes, soups, stews and pizzas.

I enjoy having my micro greens on my various soups I'm making for lunches. I'll use them even more in shakes, smoothies and salads when it starts to warm up. They're delicious.

terrible old mats ordered by mistake

I accidentally ordered the mats where you have apply your own seeds.
They’re terrible!!
Only choose the seed impregnated mats.

change to format

I was surprised at the change in format to seeds separate to grow pads. I haven't had any issue with the previous format and this one has also worked well
