Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of the item being shipped.

*Please allow extra time during public holidays and large sale periods.

 

AUSTRALIAN STANDARD SHIPPING:

We offer FREE SHIPPING Australia-wide with all orders over $50. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Standard Shipping lead time is 2-4 business days from the date your order has been shipped. 

 

AUSTRALIAN EXPRESS SHIPPING:

We charge a flat fee of $14.90 for express orders under $50 and $9.90 for express orders over $50. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Express Shipping lead time is 1-2 business days from the date your order has been shipped.
