Mizuna (aka Japanese Mustard) has a mild flavour. Use micro-mizuna as garnish for meat or raw fish dishes like sashimi. It can also be used as a milder substitute for mustard in micro salads and a great topping for pasta dishes, soups, stews and pizzas.

Great to grow very tasty
I put them in salads, soups, on crackers with dip and many other uses. The healthy micropods save me having to go outside and gather herbs from the garden when it is wet and cold. They are decorative right in front of me on the kitchen window-sill. I can even talk to them while I prepare a meal!
